Elijah graduated in 2019 with a BFA in Acting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He appeared there as Stanley in A Streetcar Named Desire, Andrey in Three Sisters, Judas in The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and many more. He was trained there in classic and modern performance, devising, teaching artistry, script analysis and beyond. He also trained at Vagabond School in Chicago, Eolia Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in Barcelona, Spain and L'Ecole de Philippe Gaulier in Etampes, France.

Elijah's most notable appearance was with Steppenwolf Theatre Company as Konstantin in Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, Summer 2022. Other select theatre credits include: Three Musketeers, Measure for Measure (Montana Shakespeare in the Parks), Legend of Georgia McBride (U/S Metropolis Performing Arts) As You Like It (Forest Park Theatre Co.), PickleRickicles (Otherworld Theatre), The Darkling (Theater Wit), and Twelfth Night (The Frontier). TV Credits include Chicago Med (NBC, S8E15).

Coming up in 2024, Elijah will appear in the short film Debaters about a high-stakes high school debate tournament.

Elijah also produces, hosts and edits the Dawescast (see below). He harvests daily inspiration from his guitar, his siblings, his partner Madelyn, and his dog, Harley.
